Finoverse Ventures has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with SNZ Holding aimed at founders in AI and digital assets.
According to the two firms, the agreement seeks to give these founders a clearer route through Hong Kong to capital and partners across Asia.
Vila Wong, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Finoverse, signed the agreement with Gilles Shi at the Finoverse Pavilion during Hong Kong FinTech Week x StartmeupHK 2026.
Shi is Founder and CEO of SNZ Capital and Partner at BlockUnion.
As the group’s investment arm, Finoverse Ventures will work with SNZ Holding, which the announcement describes as a Hong Kong-based investor.
Under the Finoverse SNZ MoU, the two firms plan to run joint events and introduce founders to investors and partners. Both sides will agree on each initiative separately.
