Finloop and Yunfeng Financial have joined Anchorpoint’s HKDAP stablecoin beta access programme as authorised distributors.  The additions take the number of Anchorpoint HKDAP stablecoin distributors to 5 companies, following HashKey Exchange, OSL, and Standard Chartered’s earlier onboarding in August 2026.

Finloop Finance Limited, a subsidiary of Finloop Finance Technology Holding Limited, aims to start providing services to eligible institutions, corporate users, and professional investors starting from next week.

Eligible users would be able to access HKDAP through the Finloop platform, which comprises subscription, redemption, exchange, trading and settlement services.

Yunfeng Securities Limited, which is under Yunfeng Financial Group Limited, aims to develop a compliant institutional distribution pathway for HKDAP.

The proposed service scope includes distribution and fiat/HKDAP on- and off-ramp, subject to applicable regulatory requirements, client eligibility and final operating agreements.

Since Anchorpoint announced its beta access launch, it has enabled live access to HKDAP for five companies for Anchorpoint HKDAP stablecoin distributors: Finloop, HashKey, OSL, Standard Chartered Hong Kong, and Yunfeng Financial.
