Tencent Cloud has formed a partnership with OmniOps to support enterprise AI development and deployment in Saudi Arabia.
Both companies announced the partnership at the 2026 Tencent Global Digital Ecosystem Summit in Shenzhen.
Based in Saudi Arabia, OmniOps develops sovereign AI infrastructure technology.
Under the agreement, Tencent Cloud will provide infrastructure to host computing capacity, along with technical expertise.
In turn, OmniOps will contribute its inference technology, local deployment capabilities and market expertise.
These resources will support enterprise AI platforms and model inference workloads for customers across the Kingdom.
The offering will run on Tencent Cloud’s virtual machines, storage and networking services.
On top of this layer, OmniOps will apply its proprietary inference optimisation engine, which adapts how models are served to the hardware they run on.
According to OmniOps, the engine aims to deliver capacity, token cost efficiency and consistent performance as demand grows.
Executives from both companies linked the deal to growing demand for computing capacity as more organisations in Saudi Arabia move AI into production.

“Together, we aim to expand access to the resources needed to support the Kingdom’s continued AI growth,”
said Poshu Yeung, Senior Vice President and Head of International at Tencent Cloud.

“Our partnership with Tencent Cloud expands the infrastructure available to support our platforms and inference workloads in Saudi Arabia, while allowing us to continue building and deploying AI services designed around the requirements of organizations in the Kingdom,”
said Mehdi Tantaoui, Chief Product Officer at OmniOps.
