Senior Marketing & Communications Executive (FinTech)
Responsibilities
  • Working cross-functionally across Business Development, Marketing, Product, and other internal teams to ensure marketing communication efforts support a broader marketing plan
  • Lead, plan, develop and implement communication campaigns that support and drive positive messages, partnerships, product updates, and more
  • Coordinate and manage relationships with and between external service providers (PR firms, copywriters, designers, production companies, event planners, etc.)
  • Day-to-day management of social media channels: taking ownership of social media calendar, tracking mentions, responding to inquiries, comments, and direct messages on time
  • Plan, proof, and approve engaging content and contextually relevant and on-brand visual materials for the company website; utilizing our content management system to update website content
  • Research competitors and continuously expand knowledge of our current and proposed products and services, as well as the digital assets industry as a whole, to ensure the development of highly effective and competitive communication materials
  • Track, measure, and report out KPI's relevant to driving user engagement and qualified leads
  • Monitor the sentiment of media and news coverage as it relates to FDT's products and business
  • Assist in the strategic planning and execution of participation in industry conferences and trade shows
  • Play an integral role in the planning and execution of company-wide activities and events
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar field of study
  • 5 years of professional experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in financial services or technology-related businesses
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
  • High-level interpersonal skills and ability to interact with multiple organizational levels of internal and external resources
  • Ability and willingness to work at a fast pace in an environment that constantly changes
  • Ability to think outside the box, being creative and innovative in your approach
  • Comfortable with messaging patterns on professional and business social media platforms, such as LinkedIn
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO will be an advantage
  • Passionate about financial services, technology, or digital assets
