Description
PAOB is developing diverse business segments including retail banking and SME banking.
Responsibilities
- Process SME lending application
- Ensure smooth SME digital journey
- Follow through end to end SME lending process until drawdown
- Fulfil KPI assigned by bank
- Handle client enquiry and deliver satisfactory customer service
- Adhere to bank policy and procedure to work in a compliant manner
Qualifications
- 1-3 year sales experience on Banking or Financial company lending product
- Basic KYC knowledge on SME is preferable
- Matriculated or above
- Positive working attitude, Energetic, Result-oriented and self-motivated
- Strong drive to success and adaptive to work in a fast moving environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
