Relationship Manager (SME) at Fusion Bank

Responsibilities
  • Comply with internal guidelines, policies and regulatory requirements when promote SME products and services
  • Pursue bank assigned financial and non-financial KPIs
  • Build robust SME loan portfolio with good credit quality
  • Follow through end to end account opening and loan application via digital channel
  • Deliver high quality SME banking services in timely and responsive manner
Qualifications
  • Matriculated or above in any disciplines
  • Good knowledge in SME products and services, especially SFGS product
  • Minimum 1 year SME business/B2B sales/hunting experience, candidates with great hunting skills while non-bank segments will also be considered
  • Passionate on fintech and digital banking
  • Adaptive to fast-paced startup culture, embrace can-do spirit, target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Good command of English and confident in Putonghua speaking is desired
  • Candidate with less/more experience will be considered as ARM/SRM
  • Immediately available is a plus
