HKT Digital Ventures - Fintech is now looking for a Product Manager, Digital Lending, to manage end-to-end execution of product strategic initiatives and new features. You will manage and ensure all mobile payment related projects meeting the business requirements, quality standards, timelines, and dependencies defined by the subject matter experts and relevant business stakeholders.

Your role:
- Being the business champion to grow our digital business by delivering right product solutions and client experience for target customers (e.g. HKT Flexi, PayLater@)
- Drive and launch new product features and propositions on an end-to-end basis, including working closely with stakeholders across multiple functions (e.g. Legal, Compliance, Operations, Technology, Customer Services, etc)
- Explore and drive digital FinTech partnership by leveraging Company’s asset and partners’ strength with a goal to create better value to the Company, partners and customers
- Identify market opportunities, define business model and convince internal/external senior stakeholders to co-invest in digital partnership
- Provide regular and timely update to management on project progress, business results and forecasts
- Proactively initiate actions to address any issues and opportunities identified
- Bachelor degree in business management, marketing, IT or related discipline
- 5 years’ working experience in banks and financial institutes (candidates with less experience will be considered “Assistant Manager”
- Experience in unsecured lending (personal loan/ credit card) is preferred
- Experience in business management, marketing, and project management is preferred
- Knowledge on latest development and trend of credit card, payment and e-commerce will be advantageous
- Knowledge on Agile methodology and JIRA, PSM (professional Scrum Training) certified will be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, proactive and able to work independently by influencing stakeholders at different levels
- Able to thrive in ambiguous situations and manage stakeholder expectations
- Be open-minded with creative thinking mind-set and Get-Things-Done attitude
- Able to articulate business ideas and experienced in business negotiation
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
