Our team is growing! HKT Digital Ventures - Fintech is now looking for a Product Executive, Digital Lending, to propose product features enhancement, user experience improvement and digital functions to support business objectives
As a Product Executive – Digital Lending in Digital Ventures - Fintech, you will report to the Senior Manager, Product & Partnership Management, to perform the role of business analyst under business team to support product development and enhancement
- Propose product features enhancement, user experience improvement and digital functions to support business objectives
- Perform the role of business analyst under business team to support product development and enhancement
- Support project implementation including user requirement gathering, test plan preparation, UAT execution and defect resolution
- Ensure sufficient and satisfactory testing result prior to launch
- Prepare statistical reports and perform regular monitoring on business performance and portfolio quality
- Generate insights and propose business recommendation from a variety of sources such as product performance reports, customer demographics, qualitative survey and Google Analytics
- Perform ad-hoc assignments designated by management
- Bachelor degree in information system, IT, business administration, statistics or related discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in digital banking, fintech or money lenders supporting product/project team; or mobile app technology agency/consultant serving financial services clients
- Experience serving as business analyst, data analytics or product assistant within digital banking, lending product or project team would be useful
- Exposure in digital and lending for banks or money lenders would be advantageous
- Good numerical skills and good command of English & Chinese
- Proactive and able to work independently
