Product Content Operation Specialist (Cantonese/Chinese speaking)
Description


Hong Kong’s leading fintech platform is looking for a Product Content Operation Specialist to join our content team to support creating new content pages. The role elevates content marketing and makes financial product exploration a better user experience. Reporting to Product Content Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in expanding the ability to create new landing pages and exploring ways to present financial information, with a group of creative and analytical people whose focus is problem solving.

Responsibilities
  • Create, edit and update the product information for different platforms such as website and mobile via multiple content management system (CMS)
  • Collect, digest and summarize product and promotional offers in the market, discover the key features of different products
  • Positive attitude and ability to work with suggestions and feedback from multiple parties
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Tech, Insurance, Customer Service teams on product information changes or updates, ensure smooth communication among teams
  • Communicate with external parties on product information update
  • Work according to tone of voice and style guides
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Translation or related area preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly in verbal English and Cantonese
  • Good command of written English and Traditional Chinese
  • Strong copywriting skills, with emphasis on efficiency and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail is vital
  • Positive attitude and ability to improve based on constructive feedback and peer review
  • Strong interpersonal and social skills
  • Customer centered, self-initiated, capable to work individually
  • Passionate about delivering accurate content and content with insights to users
  • Able to work under pressure, good team player

Good To Have

  • Proven work experience as a Copywriter, Content Editor, Web Editor or similar role is a plus
  • Good understanding of and skill set operating on different content management system is a plus
