Manager, Digital Product
  • Develop and execute WeLab Bank’s digital experience strategy with a strong focus on innovation, data-driven, and customer-centricity.
  • Lead the identification of customer unmet needs and develop unique value proposition through market research, user feedback, product performance data and data analysis to inform product development and digital experience enhancements.
  • Drive the ideation, definition, and prioritization of digital experience features and enhancement that delight customers, drive conversion and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, design, BI, compliance and product teams and other senior stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery within specified timelines, resources while adhering to compliance guidelines.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, industry research, and stay up-to-date with innovation trend to inform digital strategy, drive business goals and differentiate us from competitions
  • Use data-driven insights to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-informed decisions while considering compliance implications.
  • A university degree or above in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of working experience in digital product management, preferably in the digital banking or FinTech industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering innovative and customer-centric digital products
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive product decisions and digital experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and inspire teams.
  • Experience in agile product development methodologies and working in fast-paced environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital channels, technologies, and trends in the banking industry, with an understanding of compliance requirements.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think long-term while executing short-term goals
  • Passion for innovation, emerging technologies, and creating exceptional user experiences
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
