Responsibilities
- Lead the formulation and implementation of growth strategies for contract products, enhancing user trading activity through trading signal systems and innovative strategy tools.
- Deeply participate in derivative trading system architecture design, overseeing the full lifecycle of contract products, including demand analysis, prototype design, feature iteration, and data monitoring.
- Optimize trading terminal interaction flows based on front-end user experience design, improving trade execution efficiency and user retention.
- Develop risk control models for contract trading and collaborate with technical teams to implement core functionalities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Financial Engineering/Computer Science or related fields.
- 3+ years in derivatives/contract products; preference for candidates with securities/futures exchange system development or brokerage derivatives experience.
- .Mastery of contract trading logic and risk control systems (e.g., margin calculation, forced liquidation mechanisms).
- Basic data analysis skills to interpret trading behavior data.
- Product growth mindset, ability to decompose complex requirements, and coordinate cross-departmental collaboration (R&D, compliance, risk control).
- Excellent documentation skills with clear logic; strong sense of responsibility, communication, and coordination abilities.
