CRM Specialist - Global Fintech Startup
Responsibilities
  • Propose, design, and launch CRM campaigns and workflows in collaboration with Product, Creative, Content, Data, Operations and Partnership Team
  • Map user journeys and optimise campaigns for funnel conversion including activation, retargeting and retention
  • Drive platform stickiness in terms of daily usage, features penetration, engagement and user experience for Crypto.com products and services
  • Maintain Gamification program and upscale referral program to enhance customer engagement and retention
  • Focus on opportunities to maximize data collection and personalization to create a relevant, value-added and engaging customer experience
  • Assess and plan data points to integrate with CRM platform
  • Support analysis and enhancement of CRM campaigns
  • Devise ways to improve usage of the CRM platform by automation, optimisation on daily basis
  • Execute A/B tests and own analysis of results to ensure maximum impact and effectiveness
  • Pulling reports from the CRM platform into data visualisation tools
  • Ensure consistent communication materials across digital, CRM and operation team
Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Information System, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science or relevant field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in user growth, data marketing, product growth or CRM
  • Expertise in delivering measurable and sustained communications in emerging market
  • Expertise and proven experience in CRM software (e.g. Braze, Hubspot, Salesforce, Marketo)
  • Ability to integrate CRM platform with internal data visualization platforms and customer data platforms (CDPs)
  • Strong knowledge in ecommerce, crypto industry, NFT (non fundible token) or gamification, is a plus
  • Excellent skills in MS Office suite of programmes
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbally. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
  • Excellent in project management, communication skill and interdepartmental coordination
  • Proficiency in SQL or Python and other programming languages
  • Experience in copywriting and/or design a plus
  • Experience in developing user requirements, information flow and testing plan is a plus
  • A Strong analytical and logical mindset, including problem-solving and presentation skills
  • A strong eye for detail and precision
  • A strong sense of ownership, responsibility and, commitment
  • Self-directed learning and self-motivated attitude Quick-thinking to respond to ever-changing and volatile market conditions
