Assistant Relationship Manager / Relationship Officer, SME Banking
  • Provide excellent and quality digital platform onboarding and SME loan services to customers
  • Conduct timely KYC/AML and CDD review diligently and ensure all the application forms are properly completed with quality and accuracy to facilitate operations flow
  • Work collaboratively across teams to achieve overal business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and procedures
  • Complete relevant tasks assigned by Department Head
  • Degree in any discipline, preferably in Fintech, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline
  • 1-2 years of experiences in SME banking/corporate client facing experience is preferred
  • Good communication and presentation skills with high proficiency in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Well-equipped on digital services; embrace change and make continuous improvement
  • A good team player with 'can do' attitude and is able to work independently
  • Good at PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
    (Fresh graduates are welcome with training offered; candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Relationship Manager)
