We are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our team as Assistant Digital Platform Manager – Digital Onboarding.

Responsibilities
  • Assist to deliver digital onboarding journey under Agile methodology
  • Assist Product Owner to drive the end to end solution design from front-end to back-end
  • Establish user stories, acceptance criteria, and support testing
  • Ensure in compliance with local, Global and regulatory standards and policies
  • Able to work independently with various stakeholders, including business users, scrum master, UX/UI, technology, first/second line of defense and external vendors
  • Deliver an excellent digital journey through keeping track of industry trends, analyzing web analytics, understanding customer behaviours and post-launch review
  • Explore and develop digital initiatives and opportunities by being open to new ideas
Qualifications
  • University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of one year's experience in digital product / project management and implementation
  • Great sense of ownership, strong analytical, problem solving skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Experience with project delivery in agile methodology and practices
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Keen interest in latest FinTech technologies and trends
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
